Somatic Classes are deeply restful designed to support the body in fully letting go.

This session combines gentle, supported resting poses with guided Yoga Nidra—a form of meditation practiced lying down, often described as “restful awareness” or conscious sleep.

The body is fully supported using the floor, props, and stillness, allowing tension to release without effort or strain.

As the body rests, you’ll be guided through breath, awareness, and soft internal focus, supported by calming sound and quiet space.

There is nothing to do, nothing to achieve.

This is a place to soften, receive, and restore—at the deepest level.
