About Monica Lynne Chase

Monica Lynne Chase is a Philadelphia-based holistic practitioner, artist, and ordained minister whose work centers on nervous system awareness, emotional processing, and grounded self-connection.

Her path into this work was not linear—it was lived.

Long before formal training, Monica was someone people naturally turned to for support, reflection, and guidance. Over time, that innate sensitivity evolved into a dedicated practice shaped by both professional study and real-life experience, including raising a family and navigating her own healing journey as a cancer survivor.

Today, Monica offers trauma-informed, non-clinical services that integrate meditation, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, hypnotherapy, somatic-based practices, and Reiki. Her approach is gentle, choice-based, and rooted in presence—creating space for individuals to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and process at their own pace without pressure or expectation.

In addition to her work with clients, Monica is also a vocalist and songwriter. Her music began as personal journaling—an outlet for processing emotion and lived experience—and has since evolved into a creative extension of her practice. Through both her solo project Smoke & Mirrors and her work with Bosom Band, she creates sound that invites reflection, resonance, and emotional connection.

As an ordained minister, Monica also offers spiritual counsel and personalized ceremonies, supporting individuals and couples in creating meaningful, authentic experiences that reflect their values and lives.

Across all aspects of her work, the intention remains the same: to provide a grounded, supportive space where people can feel, release, and return to themselves.

Not to fix or force—but to gently support the process of coming home to yourself.
